Commercial Operations Specialist

Planorama is looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist to play an important role in our Sales and Marketing team in the Paris office. The ideal candidate is dynamic, proactive, collaborative, creative, detail oriented, organized, and feels excited when a job is done exceptionally well. We know you are out there looking for us too! Your key responsibilities will have three main parts:

New Client Engagement

  • Navigate interested client leads via analyzing their needs to evaluate how Planorama could solve their million-dollar challenges
  • Articulate the Planorama solutions to our interested clients help them navigate in Planorama’s outstanding solutions

Managing Commercial Proposals and Support

  • Working closely with Sales and Marketing team contributing to RFP (Request For Proposal) process by creating amazing sales presentations and managing internal processes and documents to make sure Planorama truly stands out
  • Contribute to prospective and existing client success by sharing ideas and proposing solutions throughout the pre-sales process
  • Support the Sales and Marketing team via solving their various challenges

Salesforce.com Ownership

  • Be the mastermind behind Planorama’s clean, up-to-date and perfectly operating Salesforce tool
  • Assist in tracking records, pipeline, and meetings calendar related to business opportunities
  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skillset across the organization

 

Your Profile

  • Fluent English and French (verbal and written)
  • Strong understanding of fundamentals of marketing and sales
  • Education in business
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing and/or sales
  • Experience in marketing automation and inbound marketing software (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo)
  • Experience in working at a startup company
  • Experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
  • Preferably Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
