Ayoub joined the company in 2013 as Chief Operations Officer and was appointed CEO in May 2016. Prior to Planorama, Ayoub spent 4 years at L’Oréal then joined the Boston Consulting Group as a consultant with focus on FMCG. Ayoub holds a PhD in Computer Vision from Ecole des Mines de Paris and an MBA from Insead.

Chief Financial Officer
Delphine joined Planorama as CFO in 2015, with more than 20 years of experience in executive finance roles for companies varying in size from startup to publicly traded companies. Delphine is responsible for all finance, accounting and treasury operations to support Planorama’s growth strategy. Previously, Delphine served as Senior Finance Manager for Aldebaran, leader in the humanoid robotics space, CFO for CMG Sports Club, and CFO for the Filtration division of the Italian group SOGEFI. More recently, Delphine held the position of CFO at Auplata, the 1st Gold mining producer listed on Alternext, where she was integral in raising well over $20M in investment and strategic capital. Delphine holds a Master in General Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lyon.
Chief Commercial Officer
Phil joined Planorama in September 2015 as Global Account Director to develop the commercial approach for Key Accounts. He was appointed CCO as of January 2016 to drive sales excellence across the board. Prior to joining Planorama, Phil worked on high-growth projects with startups in Luxembourg and as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. Phil holds a Master of Science in Management from Solvay Business School (Brussels, Belgium) and an MBA from Insead.
Chief Operations Officer
Christophe joined the ranks of Planorama in 2014 starting as Project Director and rapidly making his way to COO, thus assuring that new projects are successfully implemented and current clients are fully satisfied with Planorama’s services. Christophe started his career in Project Management with ABnote Europe in France before joining the German division of EADS (formerly Airbus) in 2010. Christophe holds a Master in Engineering from INSA Lyon and an MBA from INSEAD.
People Operations Director
Judit joined Planorama in 2017 as People Operations Director. She started her career in Human Resources 11 years ago and before joining Planorama, she worked on several international projects in retail and hospitality where she had to build and develop teams of hundreds of employees. Judit holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Anglia Ruskin University – Cambridge. She is also a lecturer of human resources at Budapest Business School University of Applied Sciences.
Chief Technical Officer
With 14 years as software engineer, senior IT manager, VP of engineering, and CTO for companies of all sizes, startups such as Secret Sauce Partners or large multinationals such as IBM and GE Capital, Gabor has gained solid experience in IT management and software management. Gabor is now CTO at Planorama. He holds a Master in Computer Science from Budapest University of Technology and Economics and a double MBA from Purdue University and TiasNimbas Business School.
Chief Marketing Officer
After helping half a dozen companies achieve great growth and/or exit events over the last 15 years as a B2B marketing executive or consultant, Othilie now serves as CMO for Planorama, where she can leverage her go-to-market knowledge to help scale and grow the company. Othilie holds an MBA from INSEAD.
Chief Innovation Officer
Frédéric joined Planorama as CIO in January 2018, with more than 20 years of experience in software development and image recognition. Prior to joining Planorama, he was VP Engineering Image at Brandwatch, a leader in the social media monitoring market. He designed and supervised the development of “Image Insights”, a solution that analyses millions of Twitter and Instagram images every day looking for brands, products, and objects for their 1,500 clients. Prior to that, he worked for LTU technologies, a pioneer in the IR industry, where, over 15 years, he took on various roles from Product Manager to CTO and then CEO.
