International Sales Manager DACH



Your Mission

Establish Planorama as the dominant supplier of Image Recognition solutions within assigned portfolio of Planorama’s Key Accounts. Identify & pursue growth opportunities (new products/services, upgrades to existing solutions, new accounts with potential to become Growth Platforms). Act as the Voice of the Customer inside Planorama, delivering market feedback gathered from clients, prospects and partners.


Your key responsibilities include

  • Your most important target is to develop and execute the new business strategy within your assigned territory and close the deals with new valued customers using tenacity and creativity to bring deals to a close even in the event of unexpected obstacles and ambiguity
  • Utilize your exceptional sales expertise and ability to continuously outperform expectations and exceed sales goals with our well-known global customers
  • Build outstanding, “trusted advisor” relationship with our customers, know their business and challenges better than they do
  • Giving prospects an exciting, vivid view of the groundbreaking benefits of innovative IR-based tools offered by the market’s leading solution provider
  • Developing deep understanding of customers with regards to their budgeting, buying process and precise forecasting of their targeted spending
  • Going above and beyond the expected to solve our customers’ needs
  • Working closely with Production teams for smooth handover to Project Management


Your Profile

  • At least 5-10 years B2B sales experience consistently achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotas, preferably in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) Industry
  • Native in German AND fluent in English
  • Outstanding business sense and ability to work to budgets
  • Proven track record in international account building and owning the entire sales cycle from start to finish
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
  • Tech savvy – good in learning new industry, company, solution or technical knowledge e.g. Image Recognition
  • Mapping out processes and procedures which open new opportunities with existing customers is second nature to you
  • Ability to communicate compelling and inspiring vision and articulate added value to customers
  • Experience in brick & mortar retail a/o FMCG industry, but not mandatory
  • Proven strategic & consultative selling skills (i.e. dealing with key accounts, cracking complex global organizations)
  • Fun personality and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Motivated, self-driven
  • Rigorous and well organized
  • Prior use of a CRM and Microsoft Office applications
  • BA degree or equivalent
